This actually could be a very interesting question when you consider the different variety of ARM loans out there. If you have a sub-prime or alternative documentation loan, it may definitely be time to refinance that loan because of the terms that you have. There is a new blog spot on the internet and it is called Neighborhood Expert Online (NEO). It is a place for people that like the place they live and have information about that area to share with others that may be interested in the local neighborhood.
