OK, I am not a Realtor®, and I don’t play one on TV either. I am a mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA and USDA loans. However, I do work with several very exceptional Realtors® and do know some of the things going on in the Eugene and Springfield area. I also subscribe to several blogs and other services that keep me up on what is happening in our local market and just received one from Trulia which I found most interesting. I am attempting to determine if a webinar for my readers to discuss the Home Buyer Tax Credit is a good idea. This venue will be presented so that people will have a chance to ask questions in a real time on line manner. The webinar would be informational in scope with a presentation of the program guidelines and a question and answer session at the end of the presentation. Right now, I am wondering if there would be the required audience for such a presentation.If you are interested in this sort of presentation, please take a minute and fill out the following form.
