		<description>Technically a lease option can also trigger the due-on-sale clause.  The clause reads very clearly that any beneficial interest that is transferred can trigger the clause.  Yes, they&#039;re far less problematic than seller carried contracts, but they are not without their own set of hurdles.</description>
