Oregon FHA Loan Cost Goes Up in 10 Days
Starting with any new FHA case number assigned on or after April 5, 2010, the up front mortgage insurance premium (UFMIP) for all FHA loans in Oregon (except for Senior Reverse Mortgages) will increase from 1.75% to 2.25%. Home Buyer Tax Credit Ends Shortly
The Home Buyer Tax Credit will be ending shortly. The Eugene/Springfield, Lane County, Oregon real estate market has been benefited by the extension of the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit and expansion to the “move-up” home buyers.
