Short Sales, Foreclosure, Deed-in-Lieu, Bankruptcy waiting times explained
Here is a great tool to determine how long someone must wait until they are eligible to receive a loan after a short sale, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure and/or bankruptcy in the Eugene/Springfield area.
This was put together by a couple of guys that fill in for my favorite video bloggers, Think Big, Work Small, Brian and Frank.
