Hello everyone. I just wanted to announce that I have received my mortgage loan originator’s license for Washington. I had been able to make mortgage loans in Washington previously to the new NMLS licensing system and am now able to again.

So, I am licensed as a mortgage loan originator in Oregon, California and Washington. My MLO # is 271072. The company license for Alpine Mortgage Planning is NMLS 81395 for Oregon and California and WA CL-81395 for Washington.

We are VA, FHA and USDA approved lenders in additional to all of the normal conventional lending options. Please be aware that anyone working as a loan officer needs to have a MLO # and if they are working for a broker or a mortgage bank (non depository) they will have to had specific education and pass both the national and states tests. Just because someone is licensed in one state doesn’t mean they can make loans in other states. State specific licensing is required, which is why I am only licensed in Oregon, California and Washington.
