Interestingly, the Good Faith Estimate, a backbone of the mortgage industry, will be changing on January 1, 2010 with some very major changes, designed to help consumers compare loans from one lender to another. Oregon’s Crater Lake Open For Winter Fun

Crater Lake National Park, Oregon’s only national park, is offering ranger-guided snowshoe walks to explore the winter wonderland around the park, according to their December Newsletter. To make it even better, the snowshoes are provided and entrance is free.
