Family Living Dynamics Change – Nationwide?

Those of you that have read my posts know that I have had a pretty major change in my Family Living Dynamics when my son and his family moved in with me. Without going into a lot of detail, this change, I believe, may be taking place more and more across the United States as more families reach out to help each other. We could be undergoing a major cultural change because of this. Family Living Dynamics could be the next major paradigm shift in the way we do business in the Real Estate industry. This shift is one that I haven’t seen addressed by others, although I may have missed it. Read More

You are welcome, it was my honor

Yesterday was Veteran’s Day and a number of people thanked me for my service and that made me feel very special. I was in the U. S. Thanks to the Veterans for their Service

Just a short post to thank the Veterans out there for their service. I especially want to thank my son Steven for his 20 years in the US Navy, including several trips to the Persian Gulf, my brother-in-law John Borton for his service in Korea during the Korean War, my nephew Terry Borton who died while on active duty with the US Navy, my nephew Randy Borton for his service with the US Navy, continuing today as a civilian tech rep and the many members of Cascade Union High School that served and died in Vietnam. Please join me in thanking all of our Veterans for our freedom that they continue to fight and die to preserve. Read More

The Senate first passed the measure then the House followed suit and it is now up the the President to sign the extension into law. The $8,000 Tax Credit was not only extended, but expanded. To find out more about the new rules, check out this article from CNBC. Read More

First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit???????

Yes, it is still a question as to whether or not the Congress will extend the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. Hopefully we will know soon. Right now, we are waiting for the House to pass something and then for a conference committee to find common ground on what, if any, extension will be coming through and then for the President to sign the new legislation.
