The following short video has some good tips for staying health in flu season. One of the actors in the video was the customer service representative here but is pursuing her career in nursing now.  The last part of the video has to do with working with sick people which will be helpful if someone in your household gets the flu.

There is also a good, short PSA put out by the Mythbusters from Discovery.com that gives some really great information for those of you that may end up with the flu. Remember, no one is really indispensible. If you are sick, keep it to yourself, don’t spread it around your office.

I realize this is a bit off from my normal mortgage information, but health tips can’t hurt, especially this flu season. If you would like information about mortgages, give me a call, I am trying to stay healthy and have even taken my flu shot.
